A bit about Cas & Dave .....

When DMS Property Solutions manages your valuable Investment Property the only people you deal with are husband and wife team Cas & David Donovan who have owned and operated DMS Property Solutions for over 7 years.

Cas does most of the Tenant contact regarding viewings, inspections and leasing and renewals. Cas also is the one who liaises with the Owners on things like leases and lease renewals, rent rises and routine inspections. On the other hand Dave attends to the Trust Accounting side of things like receiving and receipting rents, managing arrears and, utilizing his 25+ year experience in the Building Industry, he attends to or allocates maintenance tasks after reviewing each and every one himself.

Cas has a unique skillset for Property Management. She is University educated in working with young people with learning and behavioral problems plus she was the owner operator of a mid sized Commercial Cleaning Company for many years. Skills that are invaluable assets as a Property Manager!

Dave has a varied background in finance and marketing as well as the experience of being owner operator of a construction and property maintenance company for over 25 years. These days Dave is a fully Licenced Real Estate Agent but he also holds a current QBSA Concreting License as well. Quite a unique mix of skills.

Having such a strong knowledge and understanding of property maintenance is one of the things that property owners who Cas and Dave manage for is Dave's ability to find and, where possible, rectify any and all maintenance issues that can and do arise from time to time with any property.
