We  have a strict limit on the number of properties we manage. Most management companies sign up hundreds and hundreds of managements to a point when every property, every owner, every tenant is just a number. We have seen their "they come and the go, they are all just a number" attitude many times over the years.

Due  to the low numbers of managements we take on, we have a strong personal relationship with every Owner and every Tenant. Strong relationships build trust and respect which are the key elements of good Property Management.

As  we are a husband and wife team only with no staff, each and every time you contact DMS Property Solutions you will only ever only speak to Cas or Dave. There won't be a new young property manager to deal with (who you don't know) every 6 months.
