Dave reviews each and every reported maintenance issue personally. Once he understands the exact problem he either attends site himself to resolve the problem or calls in one of our trusted tradesmen. 

Long standing relationships with tradesmen (Electricians, Plumbers etc) is critical as it is so easy for 'some' tradie to attend to a job and charge 'whatever'. All property owners have been there!
